In the event that a service has already been performed, one-time visit rates will apply. 🌨 Snowfall Definition A snowfall is defined as beginning when 1 cm of snow accumulates and concluding when the snow ceases for a minimum of 1 hour. Light flurries or freezing rain are classified as Nuisance Events and do not constitute full snowfalls. 🧊 Ice Control Ice control services are available only if specifically added to your order and are not included by default. The rate for ice melt used is $2.99 per pound. If ice control is not ordered, SnowBgone Inc will not be held responsible for icy surfaces. 🚗 Vehicles & Obstructions Please ensure that your driveway and walkways are clear of vehicles and obstructions.

Light dustings, sleet, or freezing rain are considered Nuisance Events — not full snowfalls. 🧊 Ice Melt is mandatory on city sidewalk and is 💰 Rate: $2.99 per lb used for safe, walkable surfaces. 🚗 Vehicles & Obstructions Please ensure driveways and walkways are clear of vehicles, cords, and obstacles. If access is blocked, our crew may leave up to a 1-metre gap to avoid damage. Full payment still applies if we can’t complete work due to obstructions. 🚧 Municipal Snowbanks & Drifts City plows may push snow back onto your property. Removal of these piles or drifts is not included in standard service. You may request it as an add-on for an extra fee. ⏱ Service Timing Monthly & Seasonal Clients: Service begins within 24 hours after snowfall ends (1–15 cm). On-Call Clients: Service begins within 24 hours of placing your order. ⛔ During holidays or extreme weather, short delays may occur for safety. 🌡 Extreme Weather Conditions For 20+ cm storms or extreme cold warnings, SnowBgone Inc will service as soon as safely possible. Performance timelines may be waived during severe weather for crew safety. ⚠️ Unsafe Conditions Clients must monitor their property for ice, refreeze, or unsafe areas and notify us if conditions worsen. SnowBgone is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unreported icy conditions. 🧱 Packed snow that’s been walked or driven on before service is considered Packed Snow and not part of standard pricing. Removal will require extra time and may include additional charges. 🏠 Property Damage Disclaimer SnowBgone Inc is not liable for damage caused by: Objects hidden under snow (cords, decorations, curbs, etc.) Gravel or debris displaced by snowblowers Damage to interlock, flagstone, or alternative paving 📞 Contact Us for Cancellations All cancellations must be made by phone or email — not on-site.
